1.- IVA (VAT) not included (16%).

2.- The minimum rate is set at 500 words.

3.- The word count always corresponds to the text in Spanish.

4.- Payment conditions will be confirmed upon receipt of order, but as a general rule payment will be made by bank transfer or direct debit, one month from date of invoice.

5.- An urgency surcharge of 25% will be applied to translations that exceed 2000 words per day.

6.- For assignments that require insertion of numerical tables, processing of images, insertion of special signs or drawings and/or translating from hand-written or difficult to read originals, a surcharge of up to 25% may be applicable.

7.- For sworn translations, the original will be required in order to be able to produce the translation. The lead time will be established upon receipt of order. Mailing costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Transcription:

1.- We will not commit to transcribing tapes that are in poor condition or of insufficient audibility. Should we accept such tapes, a surcharge of up to 50% may be applicable.

2.- The minimum rate is set at 30 minutes.
